I'd like to take a moment to welcome you to the Serb's World of Whitetails website. We're extremely pleased to be considered as a possible destination for your next hunting adventure.
While being a new hunting operation, we're far from being new to hunting or to putting people on quality animals on our lands. During the process we took in launching our operation, we were determined after seeing what other outfitters were doing, to do a much better job for the client. Seeing what we did and didn't appreciate about an operation was the basis for the way we run things here at Serb's....we're a detail oriented, serious, but fun type of hunting destination. We understood the needs of the hunters, and treated the details of the hunt with the greatest of forethought. We wanted all the non-professionalism that exists in outfitting to never be associated with our operation. Looking back now, we made the right decision to take things slowly.
At Serb’s World of Whitetails, the client-hunter will know exactly what they can expect consistent with what will actually be delivered in the way of services, accommodations, and a fulfilling hunting experience. As avid hunters ourselves, we know that you will ultimately appreciate not being pumped up at the inception with what you will later realize are grossly inflated representations which lead to false expectations and an ultimately unfulfilling hunt. We view the all-to-common practice found throughout the vast majority of the outfitting industry in employing tactics such as putting animals on their website that cannot be found on their land or displaying animals that are exceedingly rare, as entirely unscrupulous if not outright deceptive. We view stories of hunters who arrive in many other camps, having spent their hard earned money, equally valuable time away from their loved ones, only to find in the end that nothing delivered was as promised as simply unconscionable. At Serb’s, we tell it like it is and you will know exactly what you're getting for the valuable time you choose to spend here. Our standards of professionalism, candor, and desire to deliver what we promise on each and every client’s hunt is beyond reproach. We don’t dangle photographs on our website or elsewhere before prospective clients that weren’t animals actually taken or seen on the lands we manage ourselves. We don’t hold certain trophy animals for the celebrity representative of some TV show to take so that clients will falsely believe that is what they too will harvest when they come to our lands. Instead, because we are confident in our experience, skills, and abilities to manage our lands consistently and limit the number of clients rather than chase every dollar, we are similarly confident that what we represent to you is honest, candid, and will lead to realistic expectations, and therefore, ultimately fulfilling and cherished memories for our valued and respected clients. We strive to make sure that every client comes away with the satisfaction of knowing that he made the right choice in going hunting at Serb’s.
On our properties we manage and hunt Whitetails along with Eastern Turkey's, in the agricultural rich lands of south central Wisconsin. The area is made up of rich fields of soy, corn, alfalfa, and clover, all surrounded with some of the best diverse wooded habitat in the country. With over 1500 acre's of exclusively private hunting parcels under our control, a setting like that, has no other option then to house some of the greatest whitetail and turkey specimens in the nation, and we hunt them on a fair chase basis. God gave us the wonderful gift of the animals and the surroundings, we then took those gifts and went a step further. We manage the lands for the production of mature animals, and limit the whitetail hunting to BOWHUNTING ONLY. We accept a MAXIMUM of only 6 hunters per week for the Wisconsin archery deer season. Deer on our parcels taken, MUST reach a minimum of 130" according to the Pope and Young measuring standards. We let them grow so to speak here at Serb's. The turkeys taken here are birds usually weighing in excess of 22#, and most if not all, sport beards better then 9"!!!!
Hunters who come and enjoy the surroundings here at Serb's are people of high ethical standards, not to mention...people that we treat as family. We make it our personal mission to try to ensure that every hunter's stay here at Serb's, is one of the most organized, and enjoyable hunting adventures, he or she is ever going to have.
