Serb's World of Whitetails Outfitters
The Staff at Serb's World of Whitetails is made up of some of the most honest, genuine, and detailed oriented people in the state of Wisconsin. When staffing Serb's, I not only looked for people that I believe are great at what they do, but that their truely great people to begin with. I myself always ask myself these questions when interviewing a potential new employee, "Would I trust this person to do a great job" and "Would I enjoy being around this person for a period of time". The people that work here at Serb's, are people that simply meet that criteria. Here's a look at the staff.
The Staff
Mark Summerfelt.....Manager
From the time the snow melts, till the day your harvest is being loaded in the truck...Mark is involved to some extent. Starting with deer/turkey habitat developement, to working with an extensive trail cam system we employ, to makiing sure that all clients are being treated well...Mark's involved. When your sitting in your stand, and you see that buck of a lifetime....you need to know this...Mark probably had a lot to do with where and why...that stand is in that location.
Mark is an active WBH (Wisconsin Bowhunters Asso.) member, and one of the best archers in the state. His extensive backround in the tuning of bows, and the ability to the get the shooter the best he can be is one of his God's given talents.

Kathleen Chilia.....Cook / Lodgekeeper
Kathleen is simply a gem to be around, and a cook bar none. Her love for the kitchen, and to please the clients is evident in her daily ventures. We are truely lucky to have her on the staff.
I also hear she doesn't mind if you like to sample the cooking, before it's actually done!!! (Don't tell her i said that)
She makes the hearty breakfasts and dinners for the lodge, and keeps everyones special requests satisfied.

Ryan Armson....Deer, Turkey, and bowfishing guide
Simply put, Ryan knows animals and he knows how to put people onto them. He's one heck of a young man to be around and was raised around hunting from the time he was old enough to walk. He continues that passion through his clients, and works very hard to make your hunt a successful one.

John is one of the most knowledgable equipement people you will ever meet in your life. His up to date information can make any hunter a better hunter be it because he knows how to hunt turkey's and Whitetails with the best of them, or because he quickly sees any issues you may be having equipement wise, and knows how to remedy a problem before it happens to a client in the field.

My name is Dan Ilkich, but most of my hunting friends just call me SERB. When a client decides to book a hunt with Serb's World of Whitetails, they’re ultimately hiring me to make things go well for them, and I take that responsibility very seriously. I will guarantee everyone hunting here with us a few things right up front. You will get treated with respect, we will bust our tails off for you before and during your hunt, and last but not least, we’ll make your stay here one that you will remember fondly and wish all your hunts went as smoothly as this one.
